Lay Eucharistic Ministers/Visitors
Sometimes known as chalice bearers, Lay Eucharistic Ministers assist the priest in giving the sacrament of communion during the service.
Lay Eucharistic Visitors, who have similar training to Lay Eucharistic Ministers, take the sacraments to parishioners who are unable to attend church.
